Mapei Mapeflex Silicone AC3 White Acrylic Sealant 310 ml

Mapeex AC3 is a sealant based on acrylic resins in water dispersion, for sealing joints subject to limited internal movements.

After complete hardening, the sealant has a smooth surface finish and is suitable for painting with appropriate elastomeric building paints.

Some application examples:

• Sealing of joints in building constructions subject to medium or small movements.
• Sealing between prefabricated concrete panels with movements not exceeding ± 7.5% of the joint width.
• Sealing between plasterboard, wood and concrete sheets.
• Sealing connections between different building materials such as concrete, plaster, brick, cellular concrete, wood, natural stone.
• Air and water tightness sealing between windows and walls.
• Elastic sealing gasket between doors, roller shutter boxes and masonry, between walls, ceilings, wooden panels and insulating panels.
